Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct various marketing activities like conducting financial well-being sessions both online/offline
Design strategies for client acquisition activities
Generate leads
Achieve lead generation targets
Promote mutual funds, health insurance, term insurance, and other financial products using the company's internal process called "7 events to financial freedom"
Involve in day-to-day operational tasks
Handle objections

Key Skills and Abilities: Responsible for selling a variety of financial services, including banking services, life insurance, Motor insurance, marine insurance, home insurance, SIP, SWP PMS, FD, BONDS retirement income.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, concise manner and build rapport with clients.

Strong sales and customer service skills:
Ability to identify client needs, recommend appropriate products, and provide excellent service.

Thorough understanding of financial services:
Knowledge of various financial products like investments, insurance, and retirement planning, as well as relevant regulations and market conditions.
